New facilities will include a bar and restaurant, private function hall, gym and conference rooms. The new building will take the form of a two storey steel framed structure with composite steel deck and concrete floors with substantial glazed elevations. Ground conditions on the site are tricky and comprehensive ground investigations, soil testing and feasibility foundation designs have been undertaken to ensure an efficient substructure solution can be achieved along with a streamlined design and construction process.
